Job summary

HRLife Ltd, a multi-site business, seeks an HR Business Partner to provide visible, value-adding HR partnership across diverse units. You will be part of a wider HR team, handling day-to-day tasks plus embedding new ways of working and leading wider HR projects across sites.

A typical week includes 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, with travel to Hampshire/Dorset or Hertfordshire every other week. CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous, salary circa 50k plus car allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with field-based, operational workforce.
• ER case management experience.
• Experience embedding L&D initiatives.
• Knowledge of TUPE transfers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand teams and priorities and shape decisions.
• Lead on ER cases to ensure positive outcomes.
• Embed L&D initiatives and deliver training sessions.
• Work with managers on succession planning and talent management.
• Use data and reports to analyse trends and provide proactive solutions.
• Support with attracting talent and correct role fit.
• Assist with business acquisitions, integrations, and TUPE transfers.
• Translate engagement survey outcomes into actions with managers.
