Allen Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategy and advise senior leaders. You will support meaningful organisational change and lead complex employee relations, while coaching leaders to strengthen capability.

This hybrid role requires one day in the office per week, with flexible hours and a supportive environment for career development in HR.

Formación

• CIPD qualification with substantial strategic partnering experience.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and trade union negotiations.
• Experience in workforce planning, ED& I, OD and change management.
• Confident coaching of senior leaders and managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate priorities into executable people plans.

Responsabilidades

• Partner senior leaders to deliver practical people plans aligned with priorities.

HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to shape people strategy, advise senior leaders and support meaningful organisational change?

HR Business Partner Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Partnering with senior leaders and managers to deliver practical people plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• Providing expert advice on complex employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Leading trade union negotiations and supporting constructive employee relations.
• Coaching senior executives, managers and junior HR colleagues to strengthen leadership capability.
• Supporting workforce planning, ED&I, organisational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
• Deputising for the Head of People and contributing to strategic discussions at board level.
