Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes Ltd seeks an experienced HR professional to join the People Team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. This fixed-term role supports managers across the organisation with the employee lifecycle and workforce initiatives, delivering practical advice and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, produce and analyse HR data and management information, and contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Level 3 CIPD qualification and experience delivering quality HR advice.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Employment Law.
• Able to handle complex and sensitive people matters.
