Midland Heart Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People Services team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. Based in Bath Row, Birmingham, you will work with HR Business Partners to develop leadership capability and support colleagues across our tenants.

This hybrid role requires strong knowledge of employment law and practical delivery of ER and change initiatives. You will coach managers, handle complex casework, review policies and use MI to shape people decisions,

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist experience with employee relations casework.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, change and people initiatives.
• Support restructures, TUPE and other organisational changes.
• Review policies and deliver training to managers and colleagues.
• Use MI to identify trends and shape people decisions.
