Publicis Sapient in London is looking for an Associate, People Strategy (HR Advisor) to support operational excellence within People Operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, data-driven HR processes and a great employee experience.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a complex matrix organisation, with strong analytics and a passion for using AI to improve people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources Operations.
• Experience with employee lifecycle and employee relations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organisation and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting People Strategists on performance management and talent reviews.
• Support growth initiatives, OKR setting, feedback, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Compensation on merit increases and bonus payouts.
• Drive engagement and culture programs, DE&I initiatives, and hybrid working.
• Manage employee relations cases and participate in special projects.
• Analyze data to derive insights and support people decisions.
• Coordinate with global teams to enable better practice and local activation of programs.
