Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a People Operations Adviser in London to support the Global People Team and European operations. You will handle HR queries, manage workflows, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support within a hybrid London setting.

You will collaborate across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to drive improvements. The role requires 3-5 years in HR Operations, strong data handling, and proficiency in Workday or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Operations experience supporting Europe and APJ, with knowledge of employment laws and employee data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply policies.
• Self-starter with able to prioritize workload and follow-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Workday and/or SuccessFactors.
• French and Polish language knowledge and labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR related queries.
• Manage HR Operations inbox and case management with SLA adherence.
• Maintain HR records, files and systems accurately.
• Prepare and administer documentation, manage onboarding and offboarding.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation and lifecycle activities.
• Support payroll and general HR activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, TA, HRBP, etc.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP updates.
• Assist the HR team with projects.
