Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate People Strategy to support operational excellence in People Operations. You will ensure HR processes, data integrity and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.

You will partner with the People Strategy team and HR partners to drive talent initiatives, performance reviews, and growth programs across capabilities and industries.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources Operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting employee relations and redundancies.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to run processes independently.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight capability (Excel proficient).
• Interest in using AI to improve HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Support Talent reviews, performance cases, and goal setting.
• Assist growth initiatives, promotions, and annual impact reviews.
• Collaborate on merit increases, bonuses, and off-cycle rewards.
• Roll out engagement, culture, and DEI programs across regions.
• Handle employee relations cases and risk management tasks.
• Coordinate projects and manage talent program operations.
• Analyze data to drive people decisions and insights.
• Communicate changes to leaders, managers, and staff.
