Careline Lifestyles is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation. The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and focuses on delivering the people strategy while developing knowledge and experience.

The candidate should embody the company values, be prepared to challenge and innovate, and operate in a fast-paced environment with statutory regulatory compliance including GDPR and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• CIPD membership/level 3 preferred.
• Experience as HR Advisor in a generalist role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Comfortable working in a motivated office with dedicated colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Maintain HR Information System with GDPR compliance.
• Assist managers for Employee Related meetings; take accurate notes.
• Lead coordination of probation and performance reviews.
• Implement continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.
• Undertake HR administration.
• Provide regular reporting to Head of HR on People projects.
