BramahHR Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support its people strategy in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will provide commercially focused, credible HR advice across the full employee lifecycle and use MI and analytics to inform business decisions.

Working with the HR Manager and team, you will strengthen HR practices, coach managers, and contribute to key HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor/generalist
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Demonstrated ability to analyse HR data and translate into insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, commercially-focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
• Handle employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance
• Coach managers to enhance people management capability
• Ensure policies and processes comply with employment law and best practice
• Develop HR dashboards and MI to inform business decisions
