Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate People Strategy to support operational excellence in People Operations. You will ensure HR processes, data integrity and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.

You will partner with the People Strategy team and HR partners to drive talent initiatives, performance reviews, and growth programs across capabilities and industries.

Qualifications

Job Description

Associate People Strategy

As an Associate People Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence within the People Operations function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR processes, compliance, and data integrity. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual with a passion for optimizing HR operations and enhancing the employee experience.

Your Impact

In this exciting, challenging and rewarding Senior Associate, People Strategy (HR Advisor) position, you will play a key role in enabling our people to thrive. Reporting to a member of our People Strategy team (Senior HR Business Partner) and partnering closely with two team members doing the same role and other HR Business Partners to support different capabilities and industries within the business. You will be the first point of contact for your client groups and provide people operations to drive great people experiences and business impact.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, structured thinking, a fast learner, have strong inter‑personal skills, and be passionate about delivering fantastic operations for our people.

Responsibilities

• Managing and Providing support to People Strategists on:
• Performance management – Support in Talent reviews and handling of individual performance cases.
• People Growth – Support all phases of our growth philosophy, including goal/OKR setting, feedback, fluid promotions, and annual impact discussions.
• Total rewards - Partner with the people strategists and Compensation team on annual merit increases, bonus payouts, and off cycles.
• Engagement and culture - Roll out of programs and activities including Core Value awards, recognition drives, DE&I work, surveys, pulse checks, mentoring, driving hybrid working and mentoring.
• Managing and supporting employee relations cases - this could involve redundancies, restructures, grievances etc.
• Participating in special project taskforces for new initiatives.
• Leveraging and Analyzing Data to understand focus areas for capabilities and industries.
• Project managing, operations management, and administrative support of talent programs. This will include note taking, planning, status tracking, and issue/risk management.
• Synthesis and analysis of data to drive insights and support data driven people decisions.
• Driving change, through effective communication and roll‑out of talent initiatives to leadership, People Managers, and employees. Being the voice, and ears, on the ground.
• Advising people managers and employees on policies and processes.
• Partnering closely with People Strategy operations colleagues across the region, and globally in India and the Americas to enable better practice, synergies, and local activation of global programs.
• Partnering closely with HR lifecycle colleagues and other teams (global mobility, staffing, learning and development) on employee cases, ensuring legal compliance, and updating our HRIS and paperwork.

Qualifications

• A background in Human Resources Operations.
• Has experience of employee lifecycle, supporting employee relations, redundancies etc.
• A passion for enhancing our people’s experience throughout their lifecycle and driving business impact.
• An eye for detail and ability to run processes independently.
• A track record in pro‑actively identifying opportunities for improvements and driving change.
• An ability to work in a complex matrix structured, ambiguous, constantly changing business situation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions, strong excel expertise.
• An interest in using AI to create smarter working.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to form relationships at all levels.
• Worked in a global environment (preferable).
