Job summary

BramahHR Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced professional services organisation and drive commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will coach managers, manage employee relations, develop HR MI and dashboards, and inform business decisions with data-driven insight. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a salary up to GBP45,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor/generalist role.
• Strong practical experience independently managing employee relations cases.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong MI, people data analytics and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the full employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
• Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling people matters.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reporting and people metrics using data to identify opportunities or concerns.
• Support recruitment, salary benchmarking and employer branding activities.
