Job summary

Sompo Holdings, Inc. in London is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver high-quality HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle.

You will work with HR Business Partners to support client groups, ensure processes are followed with adherence to policies, and partner with HR leadership to drive initiatives. The role requires 4+ years in HR, with strong relationship management, data analytics capabilities, and experience in employee relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Experience handling low-tier employee relations cases independently
• Experience producing data analytics and HR policies/procedures
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners for designated client groups
• Deliver HR activities in line with processes, budgets and standards
• Guide employees on HR processes and policies
• Support managers on performance management and employee relations issues under Sompo guidelines
