Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees across various HR matters
