Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a People Relationship Advisor to deliver expert HR guidance on employee relations, casework and service delivery. The role partners with service areas to improve resident outcomes and organisational culture, supporting trade unions and staff networks where needed.

You will work in a hybrid setting, advising on employment practices, policy development and organisational change while ensuring robust, restorative approaches are applied across projects.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and trends.
• Qualified HR professional with CIPD qualification.
• Experience providing expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and support on employee relations and casework.
• Support service areas with data, research and best practice information for evidence-based decisions.
• Assist design and delivery of service-based People and Inclusion projects.
• Coordinate with Trade Unions and staff networks and other partners.
• Contribute to development and implementation of people management policies and guidelines.
