Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join at their head office on the Ormeau Road, Belfast. The role is hybrid, 37.5 hours per week, and focuses on delivering people management strategies and expert HR guidance to managers and staff.

You will work with senior and line managers, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment law across NI and ROI. An equality of opportunity statement and Access NI checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory role is essential.
• Knowledge of NI and ROI Employment Law preferred.
• TUPE experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering people management strategies aligned with business aims.
• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to managers and staff.
• Advise on absence management, turnover, grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
