Job summary

Netbox Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a hybrid role based in Chatham, Kent. You will deliver hands-on HR support to a varied portfolio of SME clients, covering the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement and everything in between.

You will manage employee relations, performance management, absence and return-to-work processes, employment policies, and HR documentation, while helping managers handle challenging conversations and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Broad HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Confident handling employee relations matters including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
