Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD in Newbury seeks an HR Advisor for a hybrid role, working in the office at least two days a week. The position is a full-time temporary contract offering competitive PAYE rates (£18.44 per hour).

You will provide both specialist and generalist HR advice to managers and staff, support with performance management and casework, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliant, effective people processes across the organisation.

• Supports HR policy and practice across terms, conditions and people processes.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with advice on all employee related HR matters.
• Provide specialist and generalist HR guidance to line managers, staff and HR colleagues.
• Partner with HR and Payroll teams to deliver customer service.
• Assist in resource planning with HRBP to ensure cost-effective staffing.
• Support managers in performance management and casework per HR policy.
• Coach managers on HR processes, employee relations and people management.
• Lead on less complex casework as designated by HRBPs.
