You will advise on policies, employment law, and GDPR, support recruitment, onboarding and employee development, and help drive projects that improve the employee

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy HR role with visibility and approachability.
• CIPD Level 3 and working towards Level 5, with knowledge of employment law, HR policies and GDPR.
• Experience supporting training, development or HR projects is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees.
• Advise on HR policies and employment legislation.
• Identify training needs and follow through on development actions.
• Encourage conversations about performance and progression.
• Support the full employee journey from recruitment to exit.
• Keep employee information accurate and ensure pay and benefits are administered correctly.
• Support HR projects to improve the employee experience.
