Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our Technical Support department. You will provide technical support on a range of heating products to internal and external customers via telephone, email, live chat and video calling, aiming for first-time resolution and professional service.

The role involves recording enquiries, collaborating with internal teams to share up-to-date technical information, and delivering high-quality support across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 (A Level equivalent) qualification or above with mechanical/electrical related background.
• Knowledge of UK heating industry preferable with understanding of boiler/renewable tech.
• Extensive training program provided with ongoing product updates.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of pre & post sales technical support via telephone, email, live chat and video.
• Work to KPI targets and ensure Right First Time advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share accurate technical information.
• Focus on customer needs to maintain high quality support across channels.
• Record and monitor enquiries and resolutions on appropriate platforms.
