Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join the Technical Support department. You will deliver pre- and post-sales technical support for heating products via telephone, email, live chat and video, aiming for First Time Resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Role requires Level 3 qualification or above, preferring mechanical/electrical backgrounds, and familiarity with boilers/renewable heating. Training is extensive, with ongoing product updates and skills development.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 (A Level equivalent) qualification or above.
• A mechanical, electrical or similar recognised industry related qualification is preferred.
• Ideally, knowledge of the heating industry in the UK and Ireland should be supported by understanding boilers and renewable heating appliances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support via multiple channels.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative KPI targets.
• Ensure advice is delivered Right First Time.
• Liaise with internal departments to share accurate technical information.
• Focus on customer needs to maintain best-in-class support.
