Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. is hiring a Technical Support Advisor to deliver pre- and post-sales technical support for heating products across multiple channels.

You will strive for First Time Right resolutions and work closely with internal departments to provide accurate information and excellent service. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and IT literacy, with training on new products and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above; mechanical/electrical preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across heating products via phone, email, live chat and video.
• Aim for first-time resolution and accurate information sharing.
• Record and monitor enquiries and resolutions on appropriate platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure up-to-date product information.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver excellent service.
