Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and routed hardware opportunities below defined value thresholds.
• Own run-rate hardware transactions from qualification to quote and close.
• Engage with customers to understand consumable needs and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Customer Success teams.
• Generate accurate quotes and manage deal progression.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with opportunities, forecasts, and data.
• Work with hardware operations to ensure order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring purchasing patterns to support consumables engagement.
• Support scalable consumables motion across EMEA by standardising processes.
• Establish cadence of sales outreach for consumables and related initiatives.
