Job summary

WAGO UK & Ireland in Rugby is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Executive with hybrid working. You will generate, develop and convert sales opportunities across the business, acting as an extension of the external sales team.

You will manage inbound enquiries and marketing leads, qualify opportunities, grow existing accounts and identify new business via outbound activity, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to maintain a healthy pipeline and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience identifying and developing sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate, develop and convert sales opportunities across WAGO UK & Ireland.
• Manage inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
• Qualify opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with CRM updates and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
