Job summary

83zero Limited in Bracknell is recruiting an Inside Sales Specialist for a hybrid role, three days a week in the office. This inbound-led position focuses on warm opportunities and strong customer relationships, converting qualified leads into new customers and supporting renewals.

You will present cloud software, manage a healthy pipeline, upsell existing accounts, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to secure renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in software sales, IT recruitment, account management, BDR/SDR, or similar target-driven roles.
• Ability to speak with customers confidently via phone and video meetings.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Consultative sales approach with capability to explain technology products clearly.
• Organised and commercially minded with a drive to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing warm, qualified opportunities passed from SDR and qualification teams.
• Running discovery calls and understanding customer requirements.
• Presenting cloud software to prospective customers.
• Converting marketing-qualified leads into new business.
• Growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Working with partners and internal teams to secure renewals.
• Managing your sales pipeline and ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities.
