83zero in Bracknell is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to nurture warm, qualified opportunities and convert them into new business. This inbound-led, consultative role focuses on understanding customer needs and presenting cloud software solutions to close deals.

You'll manage a healthy pipeline, run discovery calls, and drive upsell and renewals in a hybrid setup with a base salary of £40,000–£44,000 plus quarterly bonuses and an annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Previous software sales experience or related roles.
• Experience with inbound opportunities and consultative selling.
• Ability to discuss customer needs and present cloud software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm opportunities passed by SDRs and qualification teams.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
• Present cloud software to prospective customers.
• Convert MQLs into new business.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support renewals with partners and internal teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline with consistent follow-up.
