Job summary

Exchange Street Claims ltd in Glasgow is seeking a FNOL/Concierge Claims Technician to join the Property Claims team on a hybrid basis. You will support adjusters by proactively case managing, negotiating, and settling property claims as licensed.

You will be the first point of contact for policyholders, delivering outstanding service, building strong relationships across the business, and ensuring information is accurately documented before Loss Adjuster visits.

Qualifications

• FNOL experience in Insurance/Loss Adjusting/Claims Handling preferred.
• Strong team orientation and customer-centric mindset.
• Proactive with ability to work with initiative.
• Ability to work in a team to meet client SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to policyholders making a claim.
• Provide outstanding customer service and keep the customer at the centre.
• Build strong relationships with team members and other areas of the business.
• Ensure information is documented correctly prior to Loss Adjuster visits.
