Job summary

QuestGates is recruiting a Private Clients Concierge for our Loss Adjusting Division, based in Bolton, with hybrid options for Birmingham or Glasgow offices. The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service and proactive claims management to conclusion.

You will act as the main contact for client queries, owning issues through to resolution, and working with the team to meet client SLAs and KPIs. A commitment to innovation and market-leading service is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property-related claims and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good IT literacy and computer skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and lead by example.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Certification (Cert CILA / Cert CII) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical quality and service delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain high standards.
• Communicate proactively with all parties to manage claims promptly.
• Work with field adjusters to meet SLA and KPI.
• Escalate claims or issues per procedures.
