Job summary

First Bus in Leeds is seeking a Fleet Services Administrator to join the Financial Operations team on a 12‑month fixed-term basis. This role supports essential operational and financial processes across UK-wide bus operations, with hybrid working and a 37.5-hour week.

You will process fuel data, support fleet transactions, generate reports and provide data, reporting and admin support while building strong cross‑functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and analysing fuel data
• Supporting fleet and fuel-related transactions
• Producing missing trip and lost mileage reports
• Providing data, reporting and administrative support to internal stakeholders
• Managing queries accurately and efficiently through to resolution
• Supporting internal audits and stakeholder reporting requirements
• Building effective relationships with colleagues across the business
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Supporting wider Financial Operations activities when required
