Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Team on a fixed-term basis. You will coordinate MOTs, servicing, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy while managing parking permits and app requirements to support field operations.

You will build strong relationships with planners, operatives and suppliers, helping control costs and maximise vehicle availability to deliver reliable services to residents.

Qualifications

• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to build relationships.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience carrying out general administrative duties with understanding of maintenance or property services operations.
• Confident working with data and administrative processes for service delivery and compliance.
• Experience using Ibuy and portal-based reporting systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle MOTs and servicing to keep fleet roadworthy.
• Manage parking permits and parking app administration.
• Build relationships with planners, operatives and external suppliers.
• Control costs and ensure legal compliance of the fleet.
• Support fleet operations and Vehicle Off Road events to maximise availability.
