Job summary

People's Partnership in Crawley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to customers in a hybrid role. The salary is £26,725 plus experience-based increases, with three days at home from Monday to Friday.

You will handle inquiries, explain financial information clearly and work closely with the Operations team to meet service standards. This is a customer-focused position in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers in a Financial Services setting.
• Clear and effective communication, able to simplify complex information.
• Genuine passion for helping customers and providing support.
• Comfortable with numbers and has good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, letters, texts and webchat.
• Join daily team catch-ups and support a positive team environment.
• Assist customers and other teams to resolve questions and issues.
• Identify ways to improve customer service and processes.
• Continue learning about pensions and customer service offerings.
