Intrum is seeking Customer Support Representatives for our Reigate office to assist customers facing financial difficulties with empathy and clear guidance. This hybrid role offers an initial office-based induction, a base salary around £28,163.20, and a route to develop strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.

You will handle inquiries, propose tailored repayment solutions, and ensure fair outcomes under consumer duties while supported by AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service, call centre or face-to-face.
• Ability to listen with patience and respond with care.

Responsabilités

• Speak with customers who could be experiencing financial difficulty about their situation and provide tailored solutions, such as an affordable repayment plan.
• Make and receive calls to/from customers, managing a variety of accounts (car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages, mobile phone) and investigate debt details.
• Provide personalised, customer-focused service by delivering tailored solutions to reduce overall customer debt and ensure fair outcomes under Consumer Duty regulation.
