Quilter plc is hiring for a Customer Service Advisor in Southampton. The role is hybrid after training, with a permanent contract and a starting salary around £26,500 with potential to £29,000 for 40 hours per week.

You'll handle 30–40 calls daily, explain complex information clearly, and liaise across departments to resolve inquiries while maintaining timely call backs and emails. Training and assessments are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience handling 30+ calls per day and managing customer queries.
• Ability to remain empathetic and resilient in challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Handle 30–40 customer calls daily and resolve queries.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Attend training and assessment activities as part of the recruitment process.
