Job summary

Close Brothers Group is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to support Facilities Operations across our sites with a focus on health and safety, security, and front-of-house services. The role offers hybrid working and potential for part-time or full-time arrangements, with collaboration across third-party contractors.

The role involves office moves, space planning, quality assurance, helpdesk coordination, and budget monitoring, ensuring high service levels and compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Office Moves & Space planning - support moves, space changes, desk numbering and space bookings.
• Quality assurance - conduct walks to monitor building condition and safety performance.
• Health and Safety - record-keeping, training coordination, and safety champion across sites.
• Facilities Helpdesk - coordinate with third-party contractors to meet SLA targets and report stats.
• Security/Access Control - assist with CCTV and access-control audits and security protocols.
• Front of House Services Management - act as first point of contact for Reception and related software/training.
• Finance management - assist with monthly reactive budget, PO requests, and payments.
• Maintenance and Cleaning BAU - monitor day-to-day maintenance and issue resolution.
