Job summary

Close Brothers Group seeks a capable professional to support the Customer Resolutions Portfolio Office. You will contribute to governance, risk management and operational delivery, coordinating with risk, legal and compliance teams to ensure robust controls and effective decision-making.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, incident handling and continuous improvement within a dynamic financial services environment. Hybrid working is available with office flexibility across the UK.

Qualifications

• Remediation programmes in financial services experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to identify and manage risk.
• Experience handling incidents through to resolution.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory agenda.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Governance: governance requirements operating effectively and delegated authority acted upon.
• Plan for and facilitate key governance forums at Remediation Programme & Portfolio level.
• Maintain an audit trail of actions and decisions for internal/external scrutiny.
• Track cross-remediation learnings, interdependencies and synergies.
• Drive continuous improvement on governance structure and processes to stay robust.
• Ensure risks and issues are effectively managed and communicated.
