Job summary

Close Brothers is seeking a Workplace Coordinator in London to support Facilities Operations. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

You will contribute to Health & Safety, Security/Access Control, and facilities support across sites, coordinating with third-party contractors and internal teams. The role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and a team-oriented approach, with opportunities to manage reception

Responsibilities

• Support moves and space planning, updates in space booking system.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly site rounds to monitor building condition and HSE performance.
• Champion health and safety; organise training and manage trained staff.
• Manage Facilities Helpdesk with third-party contractors and SLA adherence.
• Assist security/Access control and audits of CCTV and access systems.
• Oversee Front of House Reception services and related software.
• Assist with monthly reactive budget management and PO handling.
• Support daily maintenance and cleaning to meet SLA/KPI targets.
