Job summary

Ingram Micro Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Centre (EDC) team. Hybrid working pattern requires attendance at the Milton Keynes office three days a week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

You will build relationships, provide product information, quotations and solutions, and drive revenue while developing expertise in data centre technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, customer service, account management or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Proactive, positive attitude and eager to learn and develop.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Interest in technology and developing a career in IT.

Responsibilities

• Driving the growth of Enterprise Data Centre solutions across your customer base.
• Building and developing strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations.
• Providing customers with product information, pricing and quotations.
• Managing opportunities and supporting deals through to completion.
• Working closely with internal teams and vendor partners to maximise opportunities.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth.
