Computacenter is recruiting a Head of Sales to lead our Data Centre & Hybrid team in the UK. You will drive campaigns, lead a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists, and close complex deals with large organisations.

You will spend significant time with customers, coach your team to high performance, and collaborate with strategic partners to grow the Data Centre & Hybrid business. Previous leadership experience is valued."

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise sales teams.
• Background in Data Centre or Hybrid tech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Data Centre & Hybrid value proposition into enterprise customers at leadership level.
• Qualify, construct and close high complexity technology and professional services deals.
• Coach and develop a high performing sales team.
• Collaborate with vendor partnerships to identify new opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at identified customers.
• Be the internal evangelist for Data Centre & Hybrid go to market propositions and support sales targets.
