Job summary

TEAM is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to shape data centre projects from initial discussions through handover, in a role split about 50/50 between pre-sales and project delivery. You will work with customers to understand requirements, develop practical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Based in the UK, the role involves hybrid working with regular office presence in Bracknell and travel to customer sites across the UK, offering exposure to a broad range of physical IT

Qualifications

• Demonstrable technical pre-sales experience.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience managing complex data centre projects and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to understand customer requirements and conduct site surveys.
• Develop estimates, scopes of work, and technical proposals for bids.
• Manage infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, controlling budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers and subcontractors for installations and decommissioning.
• Identify risks early and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Share pre-sales knowledge to support team development.
