Job summary

RMG is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer in the United Kingdom to drive six- and seven-figure deals from discovery to signature. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives in a hybrid, full-time role, bridging technical credibility with business value for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise pre-sales engineering experience in complex, high-value deals.
• Outstanding executive presence and ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
• Strong familiarity with consensus-based enterprise selling in matrixed accounts.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals including AD, cloud, and networking.
• Genuine aptitude for AI, LLM security considerations, and rapid technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to co-own complex, high-value deal cycles end-to-end.
• Drive consensus selling across multi-stakeholder environments, aligning technical evaluators with senior business leaders.
• Deliver persuasive, high-impact presentations and technical storytelling to C-levels.
• Architect and lead technical pre-sales engagements, bringing in subject-matter experts for deep dives.
• Track and articulate emerging technology shifts, positioning AI and AI security solutions.
