Eightfold.AI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead mid-market deals in the UK, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to signature. You will build and manage a robust pipeline through a mix of self-sourced, SDR-generated, and inbound opportunities, engaging the full buying committee across HR, IT, and Finance.

You will articulate ROI, navigate security and procurement reviews, and leverage MEDDPICC to forecast accurately.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of closing B2B SaaS deals.
• Experience running multi-month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with formal evaluations.
• Ability to build ROI cases and communicate value to finance and executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for net-new mid-market accounts.
• Build and manage your pipeline with self-sourced outbound, SDR-generated, and inbound opportunities.
• Sell to the full buying committee, including CHROs, VPs of Talent, IT and Security leaders.
• Navigate enterprise evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and contract negotiations with Legal and InfoSec.
