Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care invites counsellors and psychotherapists to join its EAP clinical team in a part-time, hybrid role. You will provide short-term confidential counselling by phone or video, perform initial assessments and triage, and manage a varied caseload across rotating day, late, middle and overnight shifts, with at least one office day.

Applicants must hold a professional counsellor/psychotherapist qualification (L4+), with BACP or COSCA registration.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a counsellor or psychotherapist (L4+).
• BACP or COSCA registration or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills and English proficiency.
• Experience with clinical assessments and risk protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term confidential counselling to employees.
• Carry out initial assessments and triage.
• Deliver support via booked assessments, in-the-moment or single sessions by telephone or video.
• Conduct risk assessments following safeguarding protocols.
• Manage a caseload according to contracted hours.
