Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in counselling or psychotherapy.
• Experience in EAP or telephone counselling is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical assessments and triage clients.
• Carry out risk assessments and manage a caseload of clients.
• Deliver support via booked appointments and in-the-moment support.

Skills

Professional qualifications as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above)

EAP/Telephone Counselling experience

Good IT skills

Strong clinical background

Time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

BACP/COSCA registered status
