Healthhero in Glasgow is seeking qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists to join our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Clinical Team on a part-time basis, based in-office at our HQ in Glasgow.

You will deliver short-term confidential counselling, manager support, critical incident and trauma support, and referrals to specialist psychological services. The role includes initial assessments, risk protocols, and caseload management within a supportive clinical team.

Formación

• Qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist with L4+ in Counselling and BACP/COSCA registered status.
• Experience in EAP/Telephone counselling or time-limited assessment is preferred but training will be provided.
• Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in written and oral English.
• Strong clinical background with excellent assessment skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions while maintaining boundaries.
• Team-oriented with strong time management, clinical, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out initial clinical assessments and triaging client needs, directing individuals to appropriate clinical pathways.
• Deliver support across the pathway via booked assessment appointments, in-the-moment support, or booked single sessions by telephone or video.
• Carry out Risk Assessments and follow Safeguarding and Risk Protocol processes.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring structured counselling, depending on contractual hours and service needs.
