This role sits at the crossroads of Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing and Analytics, reporting to the Head of Market Performance. You will monitor performance, create dashboards, and collaborate with colleagues to drive growth and improve marketplace health.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce or marketplaces with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract insights.
• Experience analyzing customer or user engagement data.
• Familiarity with metrics like traffic, conversion and retention.
• Ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Structured problem solving and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Marketplace Performance across KPIs like engagement, activity, traffic and outcomes.
• Analyse Candidate Behaviour to identify patterns and opportunities for engagement.
• Generate Insights & Recommendations to support marketplace optimisation and growth.
• Create Performance Reporting with dashboards and visibility into trends.
• Collaborate Across Functions with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing and Analytics.
• Support Candidate Growth Initiatives to improve acquisition and retention.
• Conduct Market & Competitor Analysis to spot opportunities.
