Job summary

The Stepstone Group is seeking a Strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to optimise marketplace health in the UK. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing and Analytics, analysing candidate behaviour and marketplace performance to drive growth.

As an individual contributor, you’ll report to the Head of Market Performance and translate data into actionable insights. This role offers exposure to a fast-moving digital business and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce, Consumer Technology, Digital Subscriptions, Online Platforms, Marketplaces or similar B2C environments.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Experience analysing customer, candidate or user engagement data.
• Familiarity with metrics such as traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention or marketplace health.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace KPIs across candidate engagement, application activity, traffic, conversion and outcomes.
• Analyse candidate behaviour to identify patterns and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Generate insights and recommendations to support marketplace optimisation and growth.
• Create regular reports and dashboards showing marketplace performance and trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing and Analytics teams.
• Support candidate growth initiatives across platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot opportunities.
• Communicate performance drivers to stakeholders and show impact of improvements.
