Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the FAS CRM team in a hybrid Manchester office. You will analyze business needs, translate them into system requirements, lead design, testing, implementation and support for Enterprise CRM deliveries, and drive cross-functional improvements.

The role requires experience with Dynamics 365 customer service, agile delivery, strong communication, and familiarity with PowerPlatform and PowerBI; an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification

Experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects.
Experience working in an agile team.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with wider PowerPlatform capability and PowerBI beneficial.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst role sits in the FAS CRM team.
The role provides analysis of business systems and user needs for the CRM platform, working closely with the Enterprise CRM team to ensure delivery of the business technical strategy.
The role will leads system set-up, technical designs, and test planning for Enterprise CRM deliveries.
In this role you will Analyse business needs and translate them into clear system requirements.
Lead application design, testing, implementation, and support while driving process improvements and effective cross-functional delivery.
Maintain documentation, support users, guide colleagues, and contribute to special projects.
