Job summary

Xist4 in Bristol is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and support CREST, a Dynamics-based platform across the business. This hybrid role combines hands-on administration with user support and reporting responsibilities.

You will manage Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365/Teams, handle user access and security, build or maintain reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data flows align with business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable enterprise business application.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Teams administration.
• Confidence with users, permissions, security roles, access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with general IT systems administration and user support.
• Experience building or maintaining reports from business systems.
• Good understanding of data structures, relationships and how information flows through systems.
• Strong Excel and business data skills.
• Confidence supporting users and knowing when to involve specialist suppliers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support CREST, the bespoke platform used across the business.
• Support engineers and site-based users with the Dynamics backend and custom tablet app.
• Administer users, permissions and configuration; build or maintain reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and understand how data flows through the system.
• Collaborate with IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and day-to-day systems support.
