Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to join a business undergoing application and systems change. This is a hands-on Business Analyst role, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, support Dynamics 365 delivery and facilitate system change across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a MS D365 Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization and integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
