Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the FAS CRM team in Manchester. This hybrid role requires office presence Tue, Wed, Thu to support enterprise CRM initiatives and deliver the business technical strategy.

You will analyse business needs, translate them into system requirements, and lead design, testing and deployment while driving process improvements across functions. Documentation and user support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects.
• Experience working in an Agile team and able to drive cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with PowerPlatform and PowerBI is beneficial.

Business Systems Analyst

The Role

The Business Systems Analyst role sits in the FAS CRM team. The role provides analysis of business systems and user needs for the CRM platform, working closely with the Enterprise CRM team to ensure delivery of the business technical strategy. The role will leads system set-up, technical designs, and test planning for Enterprise CRM deliveries.

In this role you will

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear system requirements
• Lead application design, testing, implementation, and support while driving process improvements and effective cross-functional delivery
• Maintain documentation, support users, guide colleagues, and contribute to special projects.

What it takes

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects
• Experience working in an agile team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with wider PowerPlatform capability and PowerBI beneficial
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
