Job summary

ILIOS, Construction Partner to the STEP Fusion programme, seeks a Document Controller for the West Burton site. Hybrid role with 40 hours per week, supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will manage EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint or SharePoint, maintain version control, and produce regular reports on document status. Strong organisation and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Document Controller or Information Management role.
• Strong understanding of document control within construction or major projects.
• Proficiency with EDMS platforms including Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, BIM 360 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control processes, procedures and metadata standards.
• Manage receipt, registration, tracking, and distribution of project documentation.
• Ensure documents are correctly formatted, version-controlled and stored in the proper systems.
• Oversee document workflows, ensuring timely reviews, approvals and close outs.
